Domestic Orders

All of our packages are shipped via Pos Laju (Malaysia's National Courier). For orders that are shipped to malaysian residents (Peninsular & Sabah, Sarawak) packages usually arrive in 2-5 working days.

Shipping Rate:

A fee of RM 8 will be charge for orders within Peninsular Malaysia
A fee of RM 12 will be charge for orders within Sabah & Sarawak

International Orders

Packages that are shipped to international countries may take up to 21-30 working days.

Kindly send us an email together with your order number to if packages do not arrive after 30 working days.

Customers are able to select 'Self-pickup (Kuala Lumpur HQ)' during checkout. Packages are available for pick up at our office address :

You can now choose to collect your parcels at your nearest cafe, pharmacy and more!

How to Collect (Available in Wilayah Persekutuan, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak & Terengganu)

Step 1: Search for and book your nearest location at . You will receive an email with the Collection Code once you have confirmed your location booking.

Step 2: Copy the selected location's address and paste it in the address fields of our checkout page.

Step 3: At the shipping options menu, tick Self pick up (PostCo).

Step 3: Complete checkout and payment as usual.

You will be notified when your parcel has arrived at your selected PostCo location. Your parcel will be held for 7 days upon arrival.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return (Available in Klang Valley)

Step 1: Visit to book a return.

Step 2: Select your preferred PostCo location, choose Velvet Vanity as the retailer, and complete details of order and customer information. You will then receive a return code.

Step 3: Complete the return form (you can get the return form here), making sure to note down the PostCo return code you have been given from Step 2.

Step 4: Attach the label form to the outside of your parcel.

Step 5: Drop off your parcel at your selected PostCo location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first is to check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, in which may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
